How do I tell my dad I don't want to go to his house anymore?

My parent's recently got a divorce about a year ago. I go to my mom's house for a week, then my dad's house for a week then repeat. My dad lives with my grandma, (his mom) and I hate it here. My uncle also lives with them and he smokes down in the basement a lot where his room is and has his girlfriend over a lot and they always (sorry) and he has even went to jail a few times. Alright enough about my uncle well my dad works like 24/7 so im always stuck with my sister and we never do anything so it's sooooo boring here. My gpa has diabetes and always eating junk food and my gma is always getting in our business and I hate it. So I guess what i'm trying to say is that I f****** hate it here and I don't want to go to his house anymore. Also his house is like 30 or more mins. away from my moms house and where i go to school so it's really tough for transportation. And my moms house is the house where I've grew up all my life and I love it there cuz I can hang out with my friends and my kitty is there and so is my hamster and everything i love. And at my dads me and my sis have to share a room AND a bed and i feel like that has gone TOO far and the beds only a double so its not enough room. I really hate it here and i feel like im suffocating everyday im here and i need to know what the say to my dad to let him know i don't wanna be here i don't wanna hurt his feelings i love my dad but i just think that this is just to much for me and my sis and i don't think that living here even though it's only half the time i don't think it's good for us. please help srry its long thanks!!!
