Inhaled Bleach While Cleaning?

Ok so I was cleaning my bed room yesterday. I wiped down everything with bleach(no water added) to disinfect, my niece and nephew like to use my computer whenever they come over so I just wanted to make sure everything was clean for them. I didn't have like a bowl of bleach, I had a wash clothes pouring a little bleach on it at a time. So today I feel a little dizzy, my chest feels weird and I sing a lot so now I noticed that my voice sounds a little congested. I can STILL smell the bleach on my hands. I've been drinking tea all day to try to heal my throat. I'm wondering has this happened to anyone else before and how long did it take for everything to clear up and what can I do to speed up the process?...Thanks Guys and Gals, You all are the Best!
