How hard is it to set up my own curriculm for my 15 year old for homeschooling?

And does anyone have the first clue on where and what that looks like? Also are these credits counted towards graduation? I'm a newbie at all of this so any help would make u my hero. But my son truly needs to get out of this high school. They call him down to the office for simple things like he dropped his pencil in the hall and another kid kicked it all done by accicdent and my kid got called down for dropping a projectile into a busy hallway. Three days ISS. No reason. He needed to b in cl and they pull him from them. Please help
