Morgage / divorce / loan?

ok me and my wife hav been married for 6 yrs , we separated 2 yrs ago and hav not divorced yet. We bought a house when we first got married-and the mortgage is in my name alone. When we spilt we weren't paying mortgage for about 1yr and the loan was in defalt and was sent to loss midigations department and we have been satisfing mortgage companys terms. My question is: is there any hope of getting a loan or open line of credit against the house with out her co-operation being as tho the house is in my name&what type of loan&where would I get such a loan? She still occupies the home&we are still married. I'm lost and need guidance in this mortgage disaster&getting my life back on track'
