The send off rule, is it time for it to be introduced.?

There seems to be rule change after rule change implemented by the AFL and just in my opinion not always for the best. but there seems to be one particular rule that is a glaring omission, every body contact sport I can think of , with the exception of AFL has a rule to be able to send off a player, is it, do you think time for it to be introduced?
