Lanzarote, what area with harbour/sea views?

I am looking to book a holiday in Lanzarote. I have been to Puerto Del Carmen before, but I don;t remember a marina/harbour being there. All I remember as the strip of clubs/bars etc, this was in 1998. I am keen for an area with restaurants that have a sea view etc. Can anyone recommend a certain area like this?
