Why all political parties forget Bihar embly which was dissolved before its MLA's can take oath?

According to Supreme court that dissolving of Bihar embly before it commences and its MLA's can take oath was a constitutionally wrong. Why government was in a hurry to dissolve that embly. why all the political parties are not making it a issue in the current parliament elections.
