Why is Obama post-poning the trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.....?

He stepped in it by forcing a civil trial instead of a military tribunal. The delay is purely political. Since KSM gets his "rights", I'd like to see how Obama side-steps the habeas corpus issue with this.
