Please i need your suggestions for my situation. i misscarried too early and start bleeding for one week ?

without d&c only through vag tab. again i got bleeding with in twenty days . may i consider this one as my first cycle and start ttc or not bec dr said to wait one cycle as i reached that cycle or not ? pl say your suggestions.
