We spend crores of rupees on defence research and military,yet our enemies dont seem to be deterred,?

on the other hand we have millions of cases of malnutrition and anaemia in our country and the morbidity and mortality arising out of these diseases is easily preventable .why dont we concentrate more on the latter than the former?
