Whos at fault car accident?

im driving along and indicate to turn right there are no cars heading towards me i start to make the right hand turn when a car from behind goes to overtake me and slams into the side of my car. who is at fault the lady driver of the other car says i never indicated and it was my fault ( i guess she would say that) so can u offer me any advise
